Developing a Purpose-Built Sterile Facility in Vientiane
Our manufacturing project is located in Nakha Village, Naxaithong District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR. The main building base-build is complete, and detailed cleanroom and equipment-integration work is underway.
The project is being advanced through coordinated workstreams covering process layout, personnel and material flows, classified areas, utilities, HVAC, equipment interfaces, contamination control, data requirements and GMP documentation. Design decisions are being recorded and linked to user requirements, risk assessments and qualification deliverables.
The facility is not yet in routine operation. Construction photographs, renderings and progress updates on this website must carry accurate captions such as “construction in progress,” “equipment rendering,” or “planned layout” and must not be presented as images of an operating GMP production suite.
Current workstreams
Cleanroom construction-drawing design
Process, personnel, material and waste-flow confirmation
HVAC zoning, pressure cascades and environmental-control design
Clean-utility load definition and point-of-use planning
Cartridge-line, vial-line, RABS and lyophilizer integration
Equipment user requirements and technical agreements
Site Master File and GMP-document-system development
Qualification and validation master planning
Next Stage
Following design approval and supplier contracting, the project will proceed to cleanroom construction, equipment manufacture and factory acceptance testing, site installation and commissioning. Qualification and validation will then establish whether the systems perform as intended before any application for routine GMP operation.
